How It Works

1. Register Your Interest

Fill in the form below with your availability and experience (beginner, returning, etc.)

2. We’ll Match a Group

When 3 or 4 people register for a similar time/location, we’ll get in touch to confirm.

3. Book & Pay (£50)

You only pay once a session is confirmed — nothing due upfront.

4. Come As You Are

We provide all equipment — you just bring yourself, your curiosity, and comfy clothes.

What to Expect on the Day

  • Coaching: Enjoy 25 minutes in a small group (max. 4 persons) with a coach to learn the basics.
  • Play: Try out what you’ve learned on a relaxed 9-hole short course.

  • Price: £50 – All-inclusive (coaching, course access, and club hire).

  • Social: Optional café time after, a great to unwind and connect (cafe purchases not included).

  • Locations:
    • Snainton Golf Centre, Yedingham Road, Snainton, Scarborough YO13 9PG
    • York Golf Range, Towthorpe Moor Lane, Towthorpe, York YO32 9ST
  • Session Length: About 2.5 hours + optional social time

  • Clothing: Wear comfy clothes you can move in; trainers are fine: no need for golf shoes.

  • Group Size: 3–4 participants per session

Do I need clubs?

Nope! We provide everything — clubs, balls, even tees.

How much does it cost?

It’s £50 per session, all-inclusive. You only pay once your session is confirmed.

Is it okay if I’ve never played golf before?

Absolutely. Most people who come are beginners or haven’t played in years. These sessions are built to feel safe, supportive, and fun — no pressure, no competition.

Please read carefully before booking:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • Due to the group nature and limited spaces, we operate a strict no refunds, no cancellations policy.
  • We ask that you commit to attending all sessions before purchasing.
  • We recommend checking your availability carefully, as refunds will not be issued for missed sessions or no-shows.
  • In rare cases of course cancellation by us, full refunds will be given.
