Organisations & Groups

Whether you’re a workplace, community group, carers’ network, or support organisation — we’ll create a session that fits your people.

Why It Matters

The workplace is full-on. Golf can help those who have caring responsibilities, Armed Forces Veterans, community groups, and businesses employers and employees, ‘breathe’ again.

Life outside of work can also be stressful, with many demands on our free time. Many people carry the mental load without a pause or rest. These golf sessions are designed for beginners, non-golfers, and returning golfers offering:

🌱 Fresh air and nature: time away from screens and four walls.

🤝 Gentle social connection: without awkward networking.

🧠 A mental reset: lowering stress, boosting clarity.

🏌️‍♀️ Confidence through trying something new: in a safe, supportive space.

All in a no-judgement environment led by someone who understands that life can be a challenge.

This is a supportive space for people who:

  • Are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected and need gentle time to reset.

  • Would benefit from calm, grounding time outdoors to support their mental well-being.

  • Are navigating ADHD or find busy, noisy environments difficult.

  • Are experiencing anxiety, low mood, low confidence, or emotional overwhelm.

  • Are going through menopause or hormonal changes and want movement that feels kind to the body.

  • Want to move more, but at a pace that is gentle, relaxed, and encouraging.

  • Live with chronic pain or physical conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, diabetes, or cardiovascular limitations.

  • Are rebuilding confidence or reconnecting with themselves after trauma, change, or loss.

  • Would like to meet others in a safe, friendly, no-pressure environment.

  • Are curious about learning something new, but don’t want competition, judgement, or performance pressure.

  • Enjoy being out in nature, fresh air, and moments of ease.

At the heart of this is one simple idea:

This isn’t about performance — it’s about well-being, connection, confidence, and feeling good in your own body.
